The 83rd Anniversary Commemoration of Holodomor Famine – Genocide in Ukraine – Friday 18th November 2016

Procession to the Holodomor Memorial: 11.20am

Laying of Wreaths and a short service: 11.30am

12.15 – 2.00pm: Proceed to the Town Hall for a short presentation

Parachute Regimental Association Meeting

This is a monthly meeting held on the second Monday open only to members of the Parachute Regimental Association from 8:00pm to 11:00pm.

Ukrainian Language School

Ukrainian language School is held at the club every Saturday from 10:00am.

Craft Group

The Ukrainian Women’s Organisation in Rochdale holds a craft group on the first Monday of every month at the club giving everyone an opportunity to work on their own projects. Everyone is welcome and it costs only £1 which includes refreshments.

Ukrainian Readers and Well-being Group

Join the Oldham Ukrainian readers group at Oldham Library on the third Thursday of every month from 12:30pm to 3:00pm. Tea and Biscuits are served while you discuss topics of interest and browse through a wide selection of books relating to Ukraine and its culture. Books can be found written in Ukrainian and English which are suitable for all ages and interests. If you would like to use our club for your own meetings, classes or hobby groups please use the form on the Contact Us page to discuss your requirements. We have a large hall, lounge and pool room available for use as well as numerous smaller rooms and classes with some storage space available.
